We always bring our RAV4 here for servicing and maintenance. Whether we have an appointment or not, they always make time for us and keep us in the loop while the car "is in the shop."
I love Toyota of Kirkland. I have had my Highlander serviced there since I purchased it. Today's service was for 100,000 miles. TOK does a great job. Their staff is excellent. My only somewhat negative comment today is that even though I had a 9:15 appointment, my car was not ready until 11:30 - which is a longer than usual amount of time to wait for a routine service. But the waiting area is very nice and the cookies are excellent.
Murphy and Anne were awesome to deal with. Super nice dealership!!!
