Fast service, great attention to detail, helpful staff. I just got my 120K service, they helped me find all the deals they could and I just noticed that they also fixed my license plate and changed the holders (no charge). Top notch customer service.
I made my service appointment on line at their website. 1st impressions very impressive. Who ever designed this set up for bringing your vehicle in for service is a genius. The whole showroom is also their incredible waiting area with snacks, coffee, internet, news etc., and a great way to view their lineup of new vehicles. I brought my sons Prius in for a maintenance check up, but after this great experience, I will definitely consider buying a Toyota as my next new vehicle.
I've been taking my 2004 Toyota Tacoma to TOK for many years for service. They do a very nice job in a timely manner.
Nice staff overall. Great show room. Excellent waiting area that is truly first class. However they don't wash the cars after performing the service which is a big disappointment.
Great customer care! We bought both of our new cars RAV4 and Corolla (10 years ago) and serviced our cars here since then. They are very responsive and pragmatic. No need for a service appointment. Great spacious and convenient waiting area.
I brought my car in for its 45,000 mile recommended check up yesterday and they did a fine job, as always. My brake pads were pretty thin and they were able to replace them within the same day-thankfully! They are busy but they have always been very thorough and prompt. I have leased two vehicles and purchased one from this dealership and they will continue to have my business. Thanks ToK!
