First visit to Toyota for Service. Don't remember my service persons name, but he was very personable and helpful. Great service. 90 minute wait was a lot longer than my wait with my Acura which includes a car was and vacuum at the same time as the service.

Did a pre inspection for a potential buy from an independent seller. The service department was Helpful, fast, and thorough.

The people at Toyota of Kirkland are all very professional, courteous and kind. Adam Powell is an exceptional service manager. When I came to pick up my Sequoia, I could tell he was busy, but he noticed I was waiting and came right out to help me. He even personally retrieved my car for me before going back to his other work. Great job!
