Stopped by here for an oil change and a noise coming from the rear suspension of my 2008 Tacoma. Becky and Troy in the service department took time to make sure I was comfortable with the description they used for the techs . After the techs drove the truck and were unable to hear or feel what I was feeling they STILL looked to find the issue. Toyota ok Kirkland is by far my favorite Toyota dealership in the world. I've been buying parts for my Toyota from Rob for years and he has always been amazing and easy to work. If you are needing parts ask for Rob! Always gives fair prices and extremely knowledgeable. I had an excellent service experience for both my vehicles, a Prius and a Sequoia. Communication was good and the service was what I expected. This is my "home" service dealership and I've been extremely pleased with the consistently high level of service over the years.
It helped that we had an appointment before we came in. Matt Wingate did a great job in directing us through purchasing the car we had already looked at on the internet. It still took all day. The longest delay was waiting for Miriel to be free so she could brief us on al the features of the Toyota RAV4. She did a good job, but she was the only person fulfilling that job description Saturday afternoon.
