Robb made my experience nothing less than positive! He greeted me when I brought my Tundra in for work regarding a recall notice which he had set up for me by ensuring the parts would be available. Because the shop could not say exactly how long the job would take, he had already arranged for a loaner car. My car was ready a few hours later and Robb called to let me know. I worked with Jennifer Garringer she was very personable, professional, and quick to assist. I dropped my Highlander off for a recall repair and she followed up the next day bright and early to let me know my vehicle was all taken care of. Very impressed! Will definitely refer friends to TOK for service or purchasing. Everyone I dealt with @TOK provided top notch service.
