I worked with Jennifer Garringer she was very personable, professional, and quick to assist. I dropped my Highlander off for a recall repair and she followed up the next day bright and early to let me know my vehicle was all taken care of. Very impressed! Will definitely refer friends to TOK for service or purchasing. Everyone I dealt with @TOK provided top notch service.
Arrived without an appointment and Sean made my visit quick and seamless. Had my oil changed and pickup checked over in record time. Kudos to the shop crew for a great job.

Really prompt service, very professional handling of work, and excellent attention to detail and explanation. Very nice, quiet waiting room with multiple computer stations to use the internet on as well. Great communication!
