I will only shop at Toyota of Kirkland and Tia is my girl! She makes buying a car fun and enjoyable like buying from a friend. No pushy sales just honest car talk. Oh and Murphy is pretty awesome as well � I never thought car buying could actually be fun, but with a 4th family vehicle purchased here I'm convinced this is only place to go. Thanks again!

Joshua - Service Advisor is a Rockstar with his going the extra mile customer service skills. I changed from Lynnwood Toyota to Kirkland Toyota because of customer service. I have never had a bad experience. Everone is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The showroom and waiting areas are gorgeous. Not to mention a lovely cafe inside. I highly recommend this location for sales, service and parts.

I won't go anywhere else for service on my Tundra. The service staff are courteous and professional; even making the experience personal. Prices seem fair and I know that a Toyota tech is doing the work. I would give a five star rating if service was a little faster, however I'm willing to wait an extra 20 minutes given the excellent service provided by the folks at Kirkland.

I made my appointment online but ended up getting to the dealership 30 minutes early. This was no problem for the Toyota team. I was greeted and immediately taken care of by Brad. Everything was quick and easy. He even provided me solid advice on my tire tread! Thanks Brad and Toyota of Kirkland!
