Service personnel was awesome.
Had a tire needing replacement. I called Toyota of Richardson. They let me come in right away. They had my tire in stock. Patrick in the Service Department took great care of me with little wait time. Got in and out in about an hour.
They did a great job. Everything went very smoothly
It was very fast and smooth. I had a great experience.
I had 2 issues with my experience buying a vehicle from this dealership. 1. Prior to my purchase, I had secured financing through my bank. When I arrived to the dealership (from out of town) they would not accept my financing because they could not trust a wire (from a bank) to clear in the morning. Thankfully, the financing I was able to secure was only 0.50% worse than what I had through my bank. This might just be a Dallas-Fort Worth issue. 2. It service people are always polite and helpful. I wish the shuttle could have taken me home...I had no one to pick me up.
They kept the communication line open. They were willing to entertain negotiations. Most of all they staff was extremely professional
Going on a long road trip, wanted everything checked, the only place I will take my Tacoma, the only place I trust is ToR and Lee. He got everything done quickly and even suggested a new set of windshield wipers. That little detail helped me get safely through hard thunderstorms in Louisiana and an ice storm in west Virginia. Thanks again to Lee and the team at ToR.
Everyone was very helpful and listened to my needs. They were not pushy a was pleasurable.
