I brought my new Toyota to the service dept for the first time. I was impressed. Driving up was a bit confusing as it was not clearly marked exactly where I needed to go. However, Alex greeted me, checked my reservation and explained everything that they were going to do. He then showed me to the waiting room with the amenities along the way. He quoted me a time to get everything complete, fortunately, it was done early. Alex showed me showed me some new things I did not know about my car.
