I liked the overall check-in process. I came in on a special for the oil change. It was found that I needed a new tires which I knew was coming up. I got a good deal on that and the service tech was very good at going over everything with me. I wasn't sure about the brand of tires they had on sale and he waited while I looked it up so I can make my choice and it was very nice. He didn't act negative in any way about that.
