Had a 6:30 pm appointment to look at a vehicle with Omar. We got there about 15 minutes early and he was tied up with another customer, good for him! He immediately introduced us to Ryan who took great care of us. We were in and out in a couple hours, which is VERY uncommon when you buy a vehicle. Kudos to the Toyo of Richardson team.
