I will ONLY trust Toyota of Richardson to tell me what’s wrong with my car. They tell me the truth instead of making up something that isn’t even wrong with my car just to get money. However, some of their prices for the services are high, I still appreciate them being honest, helpful and knowledgeable in order to make their customers satisfied. I feel educated about what is going on with my car and I feel that my car will last longer even though it’s a 2008 Yaris because of the quality of service 😁
Mr. Tracy Brown was an excellent salesman he was well prepared, answered all my questions and made my car purchasing experience a delight. I would highly recommend him to others. I had experience 2 other dealerships and crappy sales people 2 days prior and was in need of a vehicle. He made sure everything was in place when I arrived .The finance manager Nic was also very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and really worked with me to get the type of warranty and monthly payment I wanted. Great buying experience because of This Guy, Randall Van-Ess. He is The Best. From explaining every single detail about the car with the utmost patience (especially when Hubby realized CD players are no longer! #oldschool) to making sure the process went as smooth as possible. To be clear, we were prepared and informed. Pre-approved, etc. Yet without Randall, the experience could have been much different. Shout-out to Miguel and Mustafa too, for their help. We highly recommend Randall. We are now “his” customers!
