I like and appreciate my service adviser Lee Schuster. He's been my advisor for 10 years. This visit was an emergency type visit. Almost 5:00 pm. He had his group handle it without any issue, replaced my battery and I was out of there in less than an hour. They are the best. Lee Schuster is the best.

Appointment was with Casey Steiger and made one day in advance. Unfortunately he was off on the scheduled date but Mike Albiso assisted me promptly. He also provided me with written documentation regarding my alignment as well as the multi inspection report. The recall was also done and efficiently.

Tech solved my issue promptly and found other repairs that needed to be done that may have been missed at prior appointments. Wait time was quite long -- 10:15 AM to 4:00 PM even though I had appointment at 10:15. Repair was backed up.
