Presentation was a bit too long considering I knew I need windows. I could have done without the whole" how much I'll save in utilities" when I that was reason for the call in first place.

We have had several issues with the newly installed windows and the payment and scheduling experience was terrible.

I referred two friends who bought windows, both their installs went ok, never received referrals compensation. Then, we waited 8 months form original install to have the inside trim on two arch windows to be completed.

The windows are beautiful and were a much needed update to our home. However, we aren’t pleased with how the company chose to respond after the installers broke the frame housing my wife’s college degrees.
