they, (the installation crew) were here on time, very easy to deal with, very careful with stuff it it needed to be moved, installation went very smoothly, once lower windows were removed and new installed and in place, the crew kinda split up and half went upstairs and started the removal process and getting the new ones set in place, and the other half started on doing the final install and trim and sealing joints and seams down stairs, then went up stairs to help the other half with the trim and sealing the joints, then t... read more

My other windows were so old & I could not open them these I can. They keep a lot of noise out of my house
