After sales, not enough direct contact with regular updates.
Process was supper easy. Received product on time. Installation went quick and windows look fabulous! So happy with the whole process. The installer was great and had no problems. Thsnk you.
The windows work properly and are beautiful to look out of. The looks are not flimsy.
The quality of the windows really is top notch and in looking at their competitors products there really was no comparison. The sales call was very thorough and provided a lot of info. Once I agreed to purchase the windows I would have liked to get more updates from them and it got to the point where I felt like they were more interested in my money than me as a customer.
