We were pleased with the original installation even though it was delayed a few months. However the follow up for service has not been the best experience.

sales person was ok, however the installers were terrible with customer service. I'm hopeful, the windows were installed correctly. Universal did send out a person to clean up. This isn't the first survey I have completed. An agent did call me relative to the survey. She said I would be receiving a 50 dollar amazon card, I haven't received the card. I called office inquiring about the card that person said I would be receiving the card. Still haven't received the card.

I don't generally recommend as a rule, so the fact that I'm willing to do so (and have shared your contact info) is higher than you might think. That number could raise if the product quality proves true over time.

The running theme was over promise and under deliver. I’m happy to have the windows disappointed in the process and a bit disappointed by the final product. If I were to do it again, I would have accepted the bid I got from sun windows instead.
