The running theme was over promise and under deliver. I’m happy to have the windows disappointed in the process and a bit disappointed by the final product. If I were to do it again, I would have accepted the bid I got from sun windows instead.

My first window buying experience was 5 stars. However after installation errors, replacement glass, lack of follow up and multiple reschedules this was not a good experience.

Quality was good, windows look very nice!
I love my new Window! It’s beautiful and I love seeing my Christmas tree through my new window! Installation was faster than I thought and efficient. The guys did a great job and cleaned up everything afterwards.
