The one person who could speak English had to drive back to warehouse to get a missing window leaving me without anyone who could understand my questions. A new piece of trim had to be put on a front picture window and they put the seam right in the center where I'm still trying to fill and even it out.

Extremely happy with the quality of the windows. I’d highly recommend the install crew of Rodney, Tyler, and Jordan to make these windows look great and install them in a timely and efficient manner!
Love the windows and the installer, didn’t love the sales gimmick of “must commit right now or basically pay twice as much.”

Great experience! Jordan lead installer and assistant Monte’ were very polite. Jordan asked permission to pull truck and trailer onto my driveway. Any question I asked, they stopped process and explained what they were doing. Very clean installation and clean up with vacuum was excellent. Before leaving Jordan gave instructions on window operation.
The windows have only been installed for a few days, but so far, we really like them! If they perform as well as advertised, which we expect they will, we'd recommend them to family and friends who are looking for new windows.
