The crew arrived in a timely manner to install one of the doors we had ordered and the replacement windows. Before the crew arrived, I received a call from Universal saying that for some reason, the bigger of the 2 doors was not received and so would not be installed. That was two weeks ago. I have heard nothing from the company about the status of the second door. I would have expected that I would have received a phone call with an update as to where the door was and when I might expect it to be installed. This door was a ... read more

The entire process, from initial consultation with Kirk to window measurements with Jim and installation with Rodney and his crew, was excellent. The complete installation of a total of 15 windows was done within six hours.
