The product and installation was good, but communication with the installers was challenging as the majority did not speak English.

The whole experience, from the initial quote to the installation, was great! The people were friendly and professional, all communications were clear, the installation was quick and efficient, and the windows themselves are wonderful.

Universal Windows was open and easy to work with for the most part; price was better than competition and they finished ahead of schedule.

Price seemed high but was better than other quotes. Universal did great scheduling the measurement and installation but was a bit annoying in how many times they called. Installers did great and were quick, but I've found about 7 nails dropped around my house and property which is dangerous. Also, only one of the five installer spoke English and he left early so I was left trying to communicate with the installers at the end without them being able to speak English.

Happy with windows. They are an improvement. Big purchase. Would suggest the look at promotions and compare energy efficiency and cost.

I was rather surprised when only one technician arrived to install two double windows. But in fact he did an outstanding job in a timely manner. Overall this project was professionally executed and I will return as a customer for future projects and recommend them for others also.

We had all the windows in the house replaced with new ones and a bay window installed, which was not an everyday kind of installation. It was replacing a door with a bay window. Lots of parts to that job. Rodney, Tyler and Jordan did a fantastic job with the installation! We love our bay window! We may have had to wait a little for the supplier, but it was every bit worth the wait.
