Professionalism and cleanliness
The issue with windows not remaining open is the reason for the 4 stars. Also, I don’t think customers should be charged a service call to have this particular issue resolved.

Overall, the process was good. It took a long time to get it installed and the installation gets a C- grade for poor joints and leaving the window dirty. I got a fair price and I like the product.
The workers were very friendly, nice polite, respected my property and did a fantastic job on the windows
