My experience with Valley West Mortgage was outstanding. I was so impressed with Vatche who pre-approved the loan and was able to get an exceptional interest rate. Vatche was honest and everything he said would happen did happen. He then handed the processing off to Celeste who handled the loan processing with care and efficiency. This was my first experience working with Jesse Anderson and Valley West Mortgage. Jesse absolutely went above and beyond throughout the entire process. We had a slightly unique for sale by owner situation but Jesse was very patient and meticulously coached us through the scenario. I will definitely recommend Jesse to friends and family as well as call on him myself in the future.

The app made everything so easy. Thanks again for helping us with our mortgage. Valley West mortgage is really on top of everything as soon as they needed a document they let us know and as soon as they received it they let us know really impressed. Additionally when the title company contacted them to make sure everything was tidied up they responded immediately. I really felt as if I had my own personal banker with these guys. They must not have a labor shortage there or at least I didn't feel like they did.
Vatche and Nino are amazing to work with. This is the second home that we have purchased using Valley West. They were always available to answer our questions and help steer us through the process. Both times they closed on time with the lowest rates. They are second to none!
I refianced my primary home and my loan officer was Drew Levy. He was very good about keeping me updated and i got an awesome rate that no one could beat! I recommend Drew and Valley West Mortgage!
