I've been a loyal customer since 2018. I did my refinance and new home financings with them. Celeste has been taking care of me by guiding me through getting the documents submitted to underwriters. She's very patient, knowledgeable of her work, and very responsive. I highly recommend Valley West if you need help with your home loans.

The whole process was made a lot easier by this team. Using the app to upload documents and sign them saved me a lot of time and trips. Celeste and Vatche are definitely go getters. Working with Valley West Mortgage was a real pleasure. They made sure things were expedited and thoroughly explained the entire process. Working hand in hand with Barbara Green despite being several states away could not have been easier. Their rates in comparison to several other companies were substantially better, by on average .25 percent alongside low closing costs! I'd certainly recommend VWM for your next purchase or refi and will be using them again in the future.

Barber Greene my loan officer was straightforward and honest and right up front with me. The whole process of with her was easy and fast. She was always there for any questions I had an answer them right away I highly recommend her if you're buying or refinancing.
