After an initial "glitch" in the coverage of my homeowners issuance premium, Valley West Mortgage stepped up to correct the issue even after my mortgage had been transferred to another lender. I want to personally thank Tennille Tillotson of Valley Mortgage for her personal intervention. I will not hesitate to highly recommend Valley Mortgage in the future for their professionalism and concern for the client's satisfaction.

This was the second time I went through the process of refinancing a home and I can honestly say it was fairly stress free. I'm glad I decided to go through Valley West.

Anthony Romero was very informed very helpful and very kind I was very leery about this refinance if it wasn't for him being kind and helpful I wouldn't have done it he's a great member of your company Valley West mortgage you should give him a raise he's a good man I appreciate him I appreciate what you did for me and Valley West mortgage should appreciate the man they have working for this company I give Anthony Romero 100% Thank You Fernando P. Was initially impressed with personnel back in Mid-October, but after early foul-ups (Delayed FedEx send-out starting it all downhill.....lost max refund of fees due to VA status ruling that had been told to me to be far more enriched by 2nd week, delays upon delays well beyond the 30-days that had been the goal from the get-go and then needing far more extensive info with delays even letting me know exactly what and then MORE weeks delayed to final total of 8 WEEKS to do this Refi!) - it soon became clear that this would no... read more

I truely did not then nor have I thought of any way for any improvement. I was very taken as to the genuine care for myself and desire to do the work that was needed to get the jub done. Anthony was very good. Throughout the years in my experiences in dealing with refinance companies I have yet to meet an agent like Anthony.

This refinance went really quickly and faster than I expected. It took less than a month from the time I applied to the closing date. I was able to do everything via email and/or faxing. I was able to lock in a low rate and it went smoothly. I have already recommended this company to my family and friends.

My experience with Joey Silverman and West Valley Mortgage was outstanding! The professionalism, wisdom, and guidance Joey provided was amazing. He literally brought his skills and company right into my livingroom. It was so smooth and we did it all through the computer and phone. I even signed the paperwork in my home. I will always be thankful for Joeys attitude and help through this loan!
