She provided straight forward answers to all my questions in an expedient manner. The load documents were always uploaded for electronic signature almost immediately. Vatche and his team were fast, efficient, and walked me through the loan process without making it difficult or stressful. Their customer service is top notch - I was never in the dark on my loan status and they were fast to respond to questions. They rates and fees are WAY better than the national banks.
