I heavily researched different lenders to refinance my home. I started one week before a rate hike and was getting quotes for my refi between 4.5 and 5.0%. As I was still mulling things over, the rates went up a bit and I was seeing averages now around the 4.626 and up range. Buying a house is always a roller coaster ride, especially when you are on a budget. My family of six decided to buy at a house when the market was kind of crazy (i.e. "seller's market"), but everyone at Valley West ensured my experience was as positive as possible. Working with a VA loan and being a first time home buyer was fairly intimidating. But Vatche and Celeste helped me every step of the way to get into my new home without any problems. They were always there to answer any questions and quickly move me through the next steps. I closed on my home earlier than anticipated and now have the keys! Amazing people and company.

Vatche and Celeste were heaven sent!. This was our first home purchase, with lots of obstacles. However, this dynamic duo got us through it patiently. They made our dream a reality. We didn't understand most of the Real Estate language or process, but they took the time to explain and be sure we fully understood. We are forever grateful.

Too much paperwork. But Celeste o’keefe at valley west mortgage was very helpful and patient. They arranged for a notary to bring documents to me in New York and he arrived during the worst part of a nor’eater snow storm. Then returned to complete some documents.

I worked with Vatche and Celeste and I am extremely grateful for what they done for me. Not only was I educated about the requirements to purchase my new home, but both Vatche and Celeste took the time to walk me through the entire process. I thought buying a new home would be difficult, but not with Valley West. Their knowledge and experience made it all happen.
