I purchased a home a month and a half ago and went through the loan process with Valley West Mortgage. My main contact was Mr. Vatche Saatdjian. Now, I have been all around Vegas trying to find "trustworthy", knowledgeable lenders that would not give me the run around. Mr. Saatdjian and his staff completely met all my needs and was and outstanding experience. I would definitely recommend Valley West Mortgage for any and all loans and other housing information. They far exceeded my exptectations!!

Working with Vatche and his team was an extremely easy and fun experience. Being a first time home buyer Vatche explained the entire process to me and the rate he gave me stayed the same through the entire process. Vatche explained that we could close in 30 days and we were right on time. Thanks for all the help during the process! GREAT EXPERIENCE!

We had worked with Vatche and Celeste before on the original purchase of this property. They did everything within their power to get the deal done and we did. Now we have recently done a refi and once again they were great. They answer and return calls. Give honest updates throughout the process and your never left wondering: what's happening with my deal? I rarely leave reviews because everyones experience is different but for my money these folks are the best!

I was pleased with the streamline process. There was also not very much Of my personal time required, which I really appreciated. I will highly recommend them to any of my acquaintances. They honestly look out for their clients well being and piece of mind. My agent was extremely helpful and understanding.

When we were looking to purchase our new home, we researched and filled out Loan Applications with approximately (7) different Loan Companies. JR and the entire staff made the experience painless and fast! Great communication, simple online document signing, no endless back and forth, everything was taken care of from start to finish. All the paperwork was very clear and detailed and if I had a question it was answered within minutes. Every mortgage broker should take a lesson from Valley West! This is how you do it!
