It's been more than 30 years since I financed a house. Things have really changed. Without a doubt Celeste is one of the most helpful persons I've met. Always available to explain the process and answer all questions.

Originally, the person that was working on my loan left the company. Vatche and Celeste both stepped in, took over the loan and made it happen on time as promised!

After having the run around with another lender I found Vatche at Valley West Mortgage. After he took over we had an absolutely amazing experience! Vatche and his team went above and beyond for my husband and myself. We were kept informed every step of the way. Customer service and knowledge is top notch! Could not have asked for anything more!

I've dealt with a few other mortgage companies in the past and West Valley Mortgage was the very best. I am impressed by how diligent they were throughout the whole lending process from beginning to end. They are very thorough in every single thing that they did. I also like how up front they are concerning all the costs and fees including their financing percentages. I am very pleased with West Valley Mortgage and I highly recommend them to anyone and will recommend them to my family and friends.

I loved working with this company. I had been shopping around town for the perfect mortgage company and believe me Valley West Mortgage was it. Vatche Saatdjian, President and CEO, was on top of our file from get go. He had his senior loan processor, Celeste Mattiello, who was wonderful. Words cannot describe how happy i am with west valley mortgage. Celeste and Vatche helpes us with our big move. We moved to vegas about a month ago and we were referred to them through a family friend and i couldn't be happier! They made it possible for me to purchase my first home. My home mortgage application with Valley West Mortgage was handled expediently and with professionalism. I was pleased with John Clark's responsiveness, patience and follow through. My home loan was completed and funded within one month. I would use Valley West again.
