Being a military family and returning from an overseas location, Vatche and Valley West Mortgage made life seamlessly easy in buying/financing our home. I was refinancing my house and shopped various mortgage rate through Bank Rates. Valley West Mortgage had the best rates, fees and got back to me immediately. They were fast, efficient and met my every need, including closing quickly. Rates were as promised and at the lowest being offered, no baloney and 2 weeks to close (which I loved). I can’t say enough good things the team at Valley West Mortgage! They helped us get the home of our dreams. Throughout the entire transaction I felt like we were so preprared and ahead of the curve. There was no last minute scramble for paperwork, no last minute doubt. It was a well oiled machine! I highly recommend to anyone!

This was my first home purchase and after doing lots of research I went with Valley West Mortgage After seeing lots of positive reviews I met with Vatche and Celeste and decided I liked what they had to say. I was never kept waiting whenever I had a question and Celeste really made the whole process easy. I closed on a home that I love and I give full credit for the ease of the entire process to Vatche, Celeste and the team at Valley West Mortgage. They made the whole thing a breeze

Vatche and Celeste were very helpful throughout the whole mortgage process. They answered every single question I have in my mind. I'm a first time homebuyer and somewhat intimidated in the beginning of the loan process, but it eased up after I talked to Vatche during our initial meeting. I heavily researched different lenders to refinance my home. I started one week before a rate hike and was getting quotes for my refi between 4.5 and 5.0%. As I was still mulling things over, the rates went up a bit and I was seeing averages now around the 4.626 and up range. I then found Valley West on a random website that lists different rates and theirs was much lower than the rest of the pack (4.25%) and the reviews were very good.
