Valley West Mortgage is brilliant lender due to interaction with their customer. Each of their customers is treated as a family member and moreover they get first-class service compare to the big banks and corporations. Prior to Valley West Mortgage I worked with couple big banks and lenders, which were absolutely useless, they just didn’t care if they don’t meet the closing date. Great loan rate. In my opinion out of ten companies called Vatche was the only one who knew the loan business. His loan coordinator Celeste Mattiello was great and responded promptly to my emails and phone calls. I would use their service again.
Vatche closed my purchase loan in 20 days! The service was beyond my expectation. The loan coordinator, Celeste, answered all of my questions and concerns promptly, she made the entire loan process was so simple and stress-free.
