This refinance went really quickly and faster than I expected. It took less than a month from the time I applied to the closing date. I was able to do everything via email and/or faxing. I was able to lock in a low rate and it went smoothly. I have already recommended this company to my family and friends.

My experience with Joey Silverman and West Valley Mortgage was outstanding! The professionalism, wisdom, and guidance Joey provided was amazing. He literally brought his skills and company right into my livingroom. It was so smooth and we did it all through the computer and phone. I even signed the paperwork in my home. I will always be thankful for Joeys attitude and help through this loan!

Vatche & Celeste were very attentive with our loan application. They were prompt in answering questions. They made the entire process simple and easy. My spouse and I chose Valley West Mortgage from an internet search. Their rates were great, and their reputation is good. For example, the Better Business Bureau gives them an A+. I was contacted by Anthony Romero, a loan officer with Valley West. Being stationed at Nellis AFB we searched around and found Valley West Mortgage who was able to refinance our home using a VA loan. Out of all the companies that wouldn't help us Valley West Mortgage was able to work our refinance and get us a rate below 4% and saved us over $100 a month.. I recommended Valley West Mortgage to anybody and everybody who is looking to finance or even refinance their home especially if you can use a VA loan.. And to let you know it was all completed very quick...!!!

I bought a house back in 2006 right as the economy collapsed and was a victim of mortgage fraud. I had a family member do my loan at the time and it was the worst loan I could have got and I lost my house. So going through the loan process this time I was extremely skeptical and nervous but I signed my loan docs yesterday and everything my loan officer told me he was gonna do he did . Valley West Mortgage and ( Gary Williams) have done a great job for me on my Refinance , I can,t say enough and express the hands on approach , the can do attitude, and get it done attitude of Gary Williams and the entire staff. I have done business with other mortgage companies and never received the results and can do approach as they did for me.
