My spouse and I chose Valley West Mortgage from an internet search. Their rates were great, and their reputation is good. For example, the Better Business Bureau gives them an A+. Being stationed at Nellis AFB we searched around and found Valley West Mortgage who was able to refinance our home using a VA loan. Out of all the companies that wouldn't help us Valley West Mortgage was able to work our refinance and get us a rate below 4% and saved us over $100 a month.. I recommended Valley West Mortgage to anybody and everybody who is looking to finance or even refinance their home especially if you can use a VA loan.. And to let you know it was all completed very quick...!!!

I bought a house back in 2006 right as the economy collapsed and was a victim of mortgage fraud. I had a family member do my loan at the time and it was the worst loan I could have got and I lost my house. So going through the loan process this time I was extremely skeptical and nervous but I signed my loan docs yesterday and everything my loan officer told me he was gonna do he did . Valley West Mortgage and ( Gary Williams) have done a great job for me on my Refinance , I can,t say enough and express the hands on approach , the can do attitude, and get it done attitude of Gary Williams and the entire staff. I have done business with other mortgage companies and never received the results and can do approach as they did for me.
