WE WORKED WITH JOHN AND VATCHE AT WEST VALLEY MORTGAGE. THEY ARE BOTH VERY PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUALS. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WERE ABLE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD. THEY WERE SUCCESSFUL IN GETTING US A LOWER INTEREST RATE COMPARED TO OTHER MORTGAGE COMPANIES THAT WE CONTACTED. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THE REFINANCE LOAN WAS DONE IN A VERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME WHICH MADE US VERY HAPPY.

I worked with Aida Shirley at Valley West Mortgage when I was purchasing my home. It was a short sale, which meant a length closing process because of the seller's bank. Aida was very helpful getting me through the process, although I was also educating her on the use of digital signatures since through some of the process I was still two thousand miles away trying to get my previous home sold. I first contacted Valley West via Zillow on April 5. Vatche called me early the very next morning. His goal was to get me closed within a month, something I did not think possible. All of the paperwork was SO easy and convenient using Docu-Sign. I did not have to meet face to face with anyone throughout the entire process until the closing. Our dealings for the most part were with J Romero at West Valley Mortgage who did an excellent job. He handled our frustration in a professional manner as I particularly couldn't believe what a hassel it as become getting a mortgage these days despite having everything in order and having had about 20+ mortgages over the years with zero problem.
