I cannot believe that I was able to do a cash out refi with Valley West in three weeks! It was painless and their support is the best (certainly far exceeds response I received from Wells Fargo). Vatche's upfront "guesstimate" of costs and revenues was spot on. Thanks so much to Vatche, Celeste and the team for making this a wonderful experience. Overall good experience! Everyone was real helpful and trying to get stuff done in a timely fashion ! Celeste was very thorough with all the items that she needed and sent me emails of items needed when appropriate.
