I cannot believe that I was able to do a cash out refi with Valley West in three weeks! It was painless and their support is the best (certainly far exceeds response I received from Wells Fargo). Overall good experience! Everyone was real helpful and trying to get stuff done in a timely fashion ! Celeste was very thorough with all the items that she needed and sent me emails of items needed when appropriate. I would highly recommend valley west mortgage, It's no gimmicks, straight to the point !

Despite the amount of paperwork needed because of 3 businesses we own and very active 8 different bank accounts, they spent days to get the paperwork together and submitted to UW. Regardless of the outcome, I would work with them again.
