I cannot believe that I was able to do a cash out refi with Valley West in three weeks! It was painless and their support is the best (certainly far exceeds response I received from Wells Fargo). Overall good experience! Everyone was real helpful and trying to get stuff done in a timely fashion ! Celeste was very thorough with all the items that she needed and sent me emails of items needed when appropriate.
