I recently closed a mortgage purchase loan with Valley West mortgage on 4/22/14. Valley West was able to provide me a competitive rate by and close the loan on time. But overall progression was was not very smooth experience. I'd to go back & forth many times, visit offices multiple times to sign documents last moment which were need to done in the beginning. I used Valley West Mortgage for my first home purchase and two refinances. Both times I compared rates with Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and numerous other companies such as Quicken Loans. No other company could beat Valley West, I had people at the banks look over the loans and they all agreed that they could not give me a better offer. Vatche and his team are irreplaceable.

From my initial contact with West Valley Mortgage through closing on my home they were on the ball every step of the way. I was approved on a FHA loan and was able to get into my home with minimum amount down. The process was smooth and all of my questions we're answered along the way. Once I chose a home we were able to close with in 30 days. Everything they told me they would do, they did. Very refreshing to work with true professionals that provided wonderful customer service. WE WORKED WITH JOHN AND VATCHE AT WEST VALLEY MORTGAGE. THEY ARE BOTH VERY PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUALS. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WERE ABLE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD. THEY WERE SUCCESSFUL IN GETTING US A LOWER INTEREST RATE COMPARED TO OTHER MORTGAGE COMPANIES THAT WE CONTACTED. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THE REFINANCE LOAN WAS DONE IN A VERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME WHICH MADE US VERY HAPPY.

I worked with Aida Shirley at Valley West Mortgage when I was purchasing my home. It was a short sale, which meant a length closing process because of the seller's bank. Aida was very helpful getting me through the process, although I was also educating her on the use of digital signatures since through some of the process I was still two thousand miles away trying to get my previous home sold.
