Exceptional service My car broke down right as I was next to get my car inspected. I had it towed to VanderGriff because of the service I receive from Mike Martinez. He is always on top of his game. Management should thankful to have him as part of their team. He adds much value to their bottom line and the customer experience.
Excellent and sincere service that is above and beyond Eric Hill (and Thai Nguyen) provided us with phenomenal service that well beyond our expectations. They were patient, courteous, upfront and honest (which was BEYOND refreshing and appreciated). Purchase a new Toyota Camry The salesman Kennedy was great awesome experience helpful & very knowledgeable about the vehicle I would recommend my family and associates to him if they are looking to purchase a Toyota he was also very friendly & personable while always smiling no complaints actually I went to get my Nissan service saw this car and had to have it . End of story ended up purchasing a new car!!!!
Great attention to detail from the people answering the phones to the service specialists everyone was great. very positive and willing to help. they got me a accurate estimate of the price and the time it would take and on both they were actually lower and faster. I definitely will return for service.
