i'm visiting from Ohio and was in VW of Kirkland as a courtesy to my son having his car serviced for a VW recall campaign. When difficulty arrose in parts availability affecting the repair in a quick manner, the courteous people at this establishment quickly provided me with a courtesy rental car as my son's Rabbit is the only car we have. thanks again of the staff at Volkswagen of Kirtland for the prompt professional and courteous care.
