The people at VW of Kirkland made my recent experience so much easier than the last time I bought a VW. They went above and beyond trying to help me find the best car for my purpose. I would give their customer service 4 gold stars!
Had an issue with my car after another dealership messed up. VW of kirkland's service team and manager Philip really took care of me. Will be returning.
i'm visiting from Ohio and was in VW of Kirkland as a courtesy to my son having his car serviced for a VW recall campaign. When difficulty arrose in parts availability affecting the repair in a quick manner, the courteous people at this establishment quickly provided me with a courtesy rental car as my son's Rabbit is the only car we have. thanks again of the staff at Volkswagen of Kirtland for the prompt professional and courteous care.

I love Volkswagens so when my last one was totaled by a hit and run, I went on a hunt and found myself at Volkswagen of Kirkland. Out walks Seth to greet us and lend a helping hand. He asked all the right questions and made suggestions based on what I was looking for and would suit me, new or used, Volkswagen or not.
