Leo was awesome!! The process was so fast and easy! I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking to avoid the typical car dealership experience. Everyone is so helpful and friendly.

They used to be better. Last time I got my oil changed and thought they topped off my fluids. I drove a couple of thousand miles and my radiator needed fluid, my windshield fluid was low and my oil was about a quart low. Today I showed up for an appointment that I had called and scheduled on the 15th. They didn't have me on the books and no loaner. I woke up 2 hours early for nothing. When my car was less than a month old, a plastic button on my interior snapped in half. My local VW dealership claimed that it wasn't covered under my warranty, and that they would have to take my entire back seat out and replace the entire seat cover.
