They were very courteous and spent as much time as I needed to make up my mind. They worked with us and now we are Jetta TDI owners! Jeremy, Lin and David Bradley were kind to us and our kids. Kirkland is happy to have you here.
Avoid this dealership Their service department has the worst customer experience I've ever seen. The wait time here to diagnose a simple issue is 3-4 days, during which you won't have a car or courtesy shuttle. Their service advisors (I worked with Kenneth and Maribel) are not competent at estimating repair costs. I was charged a 240$ diagnosis fee to evaluate warranty coverage on a part, that would have cost 140$ to replace immediately.
