They used to be better. Last time I got my oil changed and thought they topped off my fluids. I drove a couple of thousand miles and my radiator needed fluid, my windshield fluid was low and my oil was about a quart low. When my car was less than a month old, a plastic button on my interior snapped in half. My local VW dealership claimed that it wasn't covered under my warranty, and that they would have to take my entire back seat out and replace the entire seat cover. They said they had no loaner cars available, although supposedly this would take days to repair. They never returned my calls and they never ordered my part.
