Unprofessional and clueless sales person.
Well, don't wanna say I don't recommend this dealer or not, but no neutral option. If financial plan is not approved, don't ask customer to sign agreement and release the car. I had to return the car after 2 days because financial plan was not approved. Don't waste customer's time! Now I have to cancel insurance and wait for extra couple days to get my down payment refunded. Customer service is not bad, this "1-star" feedback is for your disorganization.
I do not reccomended this dealer. even among other dealers withing the same parent company this dealer was difficult to work with resulting in an overall negative experience.

I do not believe that the dealer is honestly seeking feedback here. I had a disaster of an experience, from the sales to the financing to the service of my new vehicle (57 days in the shop before it was driven even 400 miles, with three major engine components replaced over the course of that time), and have spoken and/or documented this to you, to the GM, to the CEO of VW America, and to VW Customer Care, and my repeated requests for specific actions have been dismissed.
I am quite disappointed with the customer service. Roxie (the service advisor) took my vehicle in for some warranty repairs. 3 other repairs were needed, which I agreed to 2 of them. I even emailed her to ensure only 2 of the items were done. I came to find out later on that all items were done even though I never authorized all 3. Maribel (the manager) then later on the upper manager involved tried every way possible to get me to pay for something I had never agreed to. Dropped off my daughters 2010 Jetta for maintenance Wendsday 2/10/21 to fix an engine problem that should have been caught during its previous maintenance visit a month earlier. No updates or communication from the service department and my wife had to call to see what was going on with it. She was told they hadn't even started it due to manpower shortages and the weather. I just purchased my Honda Civic SI from this dealer. I only did it because it was the exact color and model that I wanted and there's not many of them out there. My husband and I just returned to the states from Germany about a month ago and I needed car so I could start working.
