Found the truck I wanted online at this dealership. I did my due diligence and reviewed the features, printed the carfax, printed the KBB on it. I sent an email letting them know I was very interested. Sales guy calls and I let him know I am driving up that weekend. He calls me three more times to verify that I am coming. I drove over 300 miles in the pouring rain. I get there and look the truck over. So I drive it and it drives nice. We go inside to make a deal and I offer $1500 under the list price. Went in to look at a truck they had advertised for 31k... you folks said you just took it in and I could look at it but not drive it because it hadn’t been through a safety inspection yet. Ok. You said you would call me when it was through and I could come drive it. Fast forward 4 days, the price is now 38k and it’s still not through safety inspection yet. A few more days pass, (still no calls) the price is now 40k. I decided to come in one last time to look at it, and it has been sold. I guess you guys didn’t want my busine... read more

They lied to us for selling car.In test drive they said they have auto android in the car once we bought.they are saying we don't have auto android in that car because its old model.they cheated us.

Honestly the worst dealership out there. Customer service and satisfaction is horrible, they drop phone calls on you and put you on hold.
My Jetta had a flat so I took it in to either have it patched or purchase a new tire. I was super pleased to find out that the tire was able to be patched. However, the next day my tire was 100% flat again. What a waste of time for everyone involved. Problem not solved
Do not do business with these people. Msg me if you want the full details of their bait and switch business practices. And then blame it on 3rd party companies that they choose to be in bed with. Thank goodness I did not sign anything. I will be taking all my future auto service and vehicle purchases elsewhere.
