Since 2020, I really can't leave my old dog alone anymore. I work remotely, but on the occasion I have to go the office or other appointments, Wag's Daystay is a life-saver. I feel so safe leaving him in their excellent care. He's not really a player, so I do the one-on-one and every time I've picked him up, while he's happy to go home, he's also not stressed or nervous. Great place, they take a very good care of my lovely Lola, I like that they keep you update all date with pictures and messages. I will definitely recommend. Every one was very kind and helpful with us. Thank you for everything

I love Wag Hotels! And more importantly, my dog Teddy loves them too! Their customer service is fantastic. I especially want to thank Andrew, David, and Rose for going above and beyond whenever Teddy stays at the Hollywood location. They send photos of him playing with the other dogs which puts me at ease. And they also give me detailed reports when I pick him up of his behavior, eating habits, and even his bowel movements. Wag Hotels gets 5 stars fron me and 5 woof woofs from Teddy

I just got off the phone with Bella at Wag. Our phone call got disconnected and she called me back right away. I have two cats and I had a grooming crisis. She talked me down, helped me make an appointment and helped me so much. Moral of the story is number one don't groom a cat with claws second, if you have to groom a cat with claws, call, wag, and specifically get lucky enough to talk to Bella. This place has really been my saving grace. I rescued my dog Brunita from the streets of Morocco and when I moved back here to my condo in LA, I was worried what to do with her during the day while I'm at work. I am very particular with how I want my dog cared for and who I trust to care for her. This place is great. I do the monthly all day play pass. The WagCams let me check in on brunita all day. Love this location! It's the cleanest one and most friendly staff I've seen. They gave me feedback on how our dog was doing when he stayed there for daycare. Kenia is very friendly and answers all our questions.

I am so glad I found this place. My schedules all over the place and they've been beyond accommodating for me. My dog is so happy to come here and it's honestly the only place I would do long term boarding.

I had my furry girl boarded here for 4 times already and just love this place. It's very clean. Staffs are very sweet, helpful and passionate. They would hand you back the toys, leash, wee pads that I brought for my furry girl in a organized way. No extra charge for bringing your own food. What I love the most is that I can add All-Day-Play at a discounted price during the whole stay. It's indoor with A/C so my girl wouldn't be overheated and dehydrated. I don't want to be unfair here, from what I know they did as good a job as they could with my dog, but the reality is she was terrified the entire time and did not eat much of anything while she was here for 4 days, and when I picked her up I could feel that she lost obvious weight. My chihuahua is a rescue who is attached to me, but she does really well when I leave her with a friend.
