My dog has been going to daycare at Wag for about four years. He's always excited when we arrive, and even more so when he sees his friends and handlers. My dog doesn't really care for most people, so when he sees someone and gets excited, I take it as a sign they're a good human. He seems to be particularly fond of Andrew and Manny, who have been nothing short of friendly and helpful over the years (as have the rest of the staff!). We've recommended other pet parents to Wag, who have also been happy with their services.

Wag is the very best place to bring your dog for daycare and for boarding. I have been coming here with my dog Porter for the last few months and they have absolutely spoiled my dog. I get daily picture updates from the staff, and it's always so reassuring to check in on him during the day with the live footage cameras. If you're looking for a place to take your pup, look no further!! The staff is the absolute best and show every dog so much love. Cali has been coming to this location for years and always has a great time. This Wag has such friendly and caring staff, so I always trust Cali with them and would certainly recommend taking your furry animal here!

I love Wags Hotels, specifically the Hollywood location. over this most recent holiday season with the crazy weather and last minute changes to travel arrangement, Wags Hotels Hollywood has had my back every step of the way. I was able to adjust my pups stay time, had access to the Wags Hotels camera and could watch my baby play all day and on top of all that the team were able to get my little guy on new food that he loves and is doing really well on. a special mention to Ronni who has been working in close contact with me ... read more

We use this Wag Hotel when we visit LA. The staff is always pleasant and we know our pups are in good hands. The last time I was there, the manager even came out and refilled the tea/coffee machine with fresh water. What a nice touch!

Our pup loves staying at Wag. They always treat him well and he has a great time there. They have multiple locations so it also makes it convenient when we travel between here and the Bay Area. Andrew at the front desk was particularly helpful!

We've taken our cat Sophie to the Hollywood location twice and have had great experiences both times. Check in and check out have been super easy and quick and our cat is happy and healthy when we bring her home. The staff have been very nice and attentive too.

Wag on Highland in Hollywood is absolutely phenomenal. The staff is always fast, communicative, and they take amazing care of your pet. Ronnie at the front desk is always so helpful and nice to talk to. The place is very clean. It's also very secure. After hours they post the phone number at the front door for you to call so that they can give you access which is really nice. Leaves you with peace of mind leaving you're a little for Buddy here.

Our favorite place for our Fur baby! Ronnie is always the biggest help. All the staff is great, you can tell they really care about what they do! Been coming for almost 2 years! Never a bad experience! Day Play, groom, board, they do it all
