Quick shout out to Andrew and everyone at Wag ! We recently adopted our new little boy Jack who is 7 months old he's a rescue and after only a few stays, he is definitely getting accustomed to the facility. We noticed the change almost immediately after the 2nd stay cause he can't wait to go back into the play area once we drop him off. Both my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the level of support and care provided. Thanks to everyone Vince and Toby
-Wonderful in every way -My dog enjoys going and is exhausted at the end of the day. -Their facility is huge and very clean. -My dog boarded/ stayed in their upscale "hotel" room where I was able to view him at night. -If / when something out of the ordinary would happen, they called to inform me and gave me an update later on. -someone is there at all hours and they pick up the phone - Staff is lovely. Dogs are family and the wonderful staff at Wags (especially this Highland location) truly treat them as such. Andrew made us feel welcomed and was so considerate. Our dog has stayed here before and it is always a terrific experience thanks to the amazing staff and facility.

6 month update! My old boy has been consistently going to Wags Hollywood about 5 days a week for all day play and still always gets excited when we arrive! The staff know us both by name and are super friendly :) They feed him both lunch and dinner which helps me a ton, literally and figuratively with how much he eats. The hours are unbeatable for anyone with a busy schedule. Grooming and boarding have also been a huge plus! One stop shop, can't say enough good things about this place :)

I've been going to Wag Hotel for over 2 years now to board my Golden retriever or to use the daycare. I'm always impressed with their friendly customer service. My dog seems to enjoy herself when I check on her on the cam via website. When I board her for several days I don't have to worry if she'll be taken care of because I get calls if something happens (like she vomits or doesn't eat her food, etc). I've also had my dog groomed there and it's so convenient. Will continue to use Wags services for the future

Awesome place. Bright and clean. My dog loves it and I feel good about leaving him there. They have plenty of activities to keep them occupied not just daycare all day when boarding. Highly recommended. They could improve answering the phone.

Wag seems very safe, clean, and well-kept. We had very high hopes! The staff seemed nice. Our first try with wag didnt go great, though. Our dog had a day of boarding with all day play. However he didnt get to spend much time in the play yard. There was a dog or dogs (unclear) that kept trying to mount our dog, and he did not appreciate that. So they ended up separating our dog and kept him in his kennel for the duration. We did not receive a call or text about this. I only knew because I checked on him via the camera availa... read more
