I have been dropping off my pup pup at wag hotels for the last year and a half and I've had nothing but very positive experiences from them. From the daycare with all-day play or overnight boarding. I feel very comfortable with dropping off my precious furry one at wag hotels. I appreciate and love the fact that it's 24/7. There is always staff there and there are cameras for all-day play so I can check in on my little one. Incredible customer service. They will send you photos of your dog when you are gone and the cameras let you check in whenever you feel the need. My dog is always happy and exhausted when I pick him up, which is all I can ask for

Im so thankful for Patricia! My pup zuko is a hard pup to groom. I had gotten turn over by so many groomers. And places. But Patricia is always willing to give my boy a try and she always does an amazing job! Today we had round 2 with grooming round one she did most of his body and looked fantastic. We love wag hotel (Hollywood Location), our doggy always come home so relaxed and happy. The customer service is great and super friendly. I can really tell and see that the staff truly cares for my dog. Manny, Andrew and Sal are always welcoming and our dog Finn loves them, Finn always get excited to be back for play time. We have gone to other daycare/boarding business in the past and none of them have made us feel like our dog is being taken care or received good attention. Wag Hollywood is my life savior!!! I go to work for 10 hours Monday through Thursday and i always trust that my baby is in good hands and is having a fun and enriching time. I get to watch him on a live camera in addition to a daily photo update! The set up is great at accommodating both hyper and shy dogs - mine is more shy and likes to rest in the corner. We are recent converts to having to board our 2 dogs. WAG has made it possible for us not to worry!! The pups are well cared for and get to sleep together at night. I love getting reports during their visits.

I am currently still away on vacation but I already had to come on here and leave a review because I am so thoroughly impressed with the care and attention Wag Hotels has given my Pug Malcom. The staff has also been so great and so helpful throughout the process. They have live feed cameras that I can check anytime when I'm missing him. Fantastic dog boarding place! We were able to secure a room for our high energy pups only 2 days before arriving, which was really great for us not having to call multiple locations at the last minute. The staff was super friendly both on the phone and in person, and our pups came back happy and tired!
