I am currently still away on vacation but I already had to come on here and leave a review because I am so thoroughly impressed with the care and attention Wag Hotels has given my Pug Malcom. The staff has also been so great and so helpful throughout the process. They have live feed cameras that I can check anytime when I'm missing him. Someone is always there watching the dogs and taking turns giving each of them love, pets, and attention. Fantastic dog boarding place! We were able to secure a room for our high energy pups only 2 days before arriving, which was really great for us not having to call multiple locations at the last minute. The staff was super friendly both on the phone and in person, and our pups came back happy and tired!

This is our pups Disneyland. We are so happy we were able to find a place that truly cares for them during daycare and when they are boarded. Our pups are also Shiba Inus, which have a reputation for being particular, but they take of them so well and they always love coming here. Can't recommend them enough and we're so grateful for the hardworking, caring staff.

I just moved to the area & was looking for a trusted place to take my kitten and adult cat while I'm away. The cats seemed to approve! I especially loved that I could check for myself to see how they're doing through the Nest camera in their suite. The staff also gave photo updates about their temperament and how they're adjusting. I'm a first time fur mommy and I wanted a place where my fur baby could socialize and interact with other fur pals. I'm blown away by Wag Hotels! It means so much on how they treat my puppy caring for her as if she was their own puppy or even baby. I love the web cam feature in which you can watch your fur baby at ease knowing that they area being taken care of. I've NEVER left Tapioca with anyone else except Wag Hotels which is a Big Deal!! I Highly recommend that you bring your fur baby to Wag and tell a friend.

Since 2020, I really can't leave my old dog alone anymore. I work remotely, but on the occasion I have to go the office or other appointments, Wag's Daystay is a life-saver. I feel so safe leaving him in their excellent care. He's not really a player, so I do the one-on-one and every time I've picked him up, while he's happy to go home, he's also not stressed or nervous. I love Wag Hotels! And more importantly, my dog Teddy loves them too! Their customer service is fantastic. I especially want to thank Andrew, David, and Rose for going above and beyond whenever Teddy stays at the Hollywood location. They send photos of him playing with the other dogs which puts me at ease. And they also give me detailed reports when I pick him up of his behavior, eating habits, and even his bowel movements. Wag Hotels gets 5 stars fron me and 5 woof woofs from Teddy
