I took my dog for the first time at Wag hotels in Hollywood , I was so anxious because he never been to a dog hotel before and I didn't know what to expect and honestly all the staffs at Wag Hotels made me feel so relaxed and confidence that my dog will be in great hands. They gave me access on the app that I can view the camera that is in his room so I can watch him through out the day, it was a good way to communicate with him and check up on him . Big thanks to Kenya for helping us get set up and making the reservation process so easy and answering all our questions. We've booked the Ultra Suite ($150/night) and the Deluxe Suite ($115/night) on two separate occasions. If you aren't sure about what room you need for your pet(s), they do quick tours if you want to check them out beforehand.

Kitty Condos - Very happy with my beloved and large ca's recent stay. I just picked up my cat Kool after her first stay at Wag Hotel. She was in a standard Kitty Condo for close to 3 weeks and I must admit I was a little apprehensive about leaving her for so long on her first ever stay, but all ended up cool for Kool. We are really particular about the care of our dog Bentley; he is family, and it's really important that he's happy when we have to leave him. We rescued him shortly before the pandemic and he's used to being with us every day. Because of this, we did a lot of research when it came down to deciding which daycare would be best for him - we tried out 5 different places, and Wag Hotels is the best daycare we could find in Los Angeles! We've been coming to wag for years and Ronnie is by far the best employee we've met! He was so helpful and kind with both check in and check out, and was such a welcoming energy! Shout out to Ronnie!!

My pup loves his days at Wag playing with his friends. The staff is super friendly and I always know that Sarge is in good hands when I drop him off for daycare. They are also very accommodating across the board with any special requests or needs.

Oh how I loved bringing my dog here. We started going there before the pandemic and then through most of it. I knew they would take care my my old sweet dog while I went to work and on a few trips. She loved going there too. We only stopped when she passed last year. Thank you to all the staff and management throughout the years for taking care of Betty.

When my friend's cat, Boris, had to be boarded after her accident at Wag Hotel in Hollywood on Highland. He had been there since October 26th and they called to say that he was having health issues. They took him to the vet and he wasn't going to get better. The general manager, Helmuth, took care of things and stayed him until the end. I would recommend this place to anyone.
