We've taken our cat Sophie to the Hollywood location twice and have had great experiences both times. Check in and check out have been super easy and quick and our cat is happy and healthy when we bring her home. The staff have been very nice and attentive too.
Wag on Highland in Hollywood is absolutely phenomenal. The staff is always fast, communicative, and they take amazing care of your pet. Ronnie at the front desk is always so helpful and nice to talk to. The place is very clean. It's also very secure. After hours they post the phone number at the front door for you to call so that they can give you access which is really nice. Leaves you with peace of mind leaving you're a little for Buddy here.
Our favorite place for our Fur baby! Ronnie is always the biggest help. All the staff is great, you can tell they really care about what they do! Been coming for almost 2 years! Never a bad experience! Day Play, groom, board, they do it all
I've been taking my dog Bub here for almost a year, Andrew and Manny always make sure to take the best care of him when he's at day care or during an overnight stay!
My go-to daycare. No fuss, always accommodating, and always reliable! Really great for people who have early call times as they're open 24 hours. My pup Olive is always so excited to get here and when she leaves! Andrew is the best.
Gertie loves to go to doggie daycare! She comes home happy and tired from a full day of playing. The app is a great way to view photos, report cards, and the video camera! I also like that each day has a different theme, like wellness Wednesdays and Splash and Play Thursdays. I know the staff loves what they do and treat the dogs like they are their own.
Rodney and the rest of the crew always take such good care of my doggie and me! I was beside myself with anxiety the first time I boarded her but they went above and beyond to put my mind at ease. My dog is a fairly traumatized rescue (very shy and nervous, especially around new people) but I travel easy knowing she's so well taken care of and having a blast hanging with the other pups in All Day Play. Thanks, Wag!
Our Aima loves it here so much! We love all day play and boarding. She has so many friends and always has the best time!
This is my 4th time at Wag. First time doing boarding and I couldn't be happier! Ronnie has always made my check in and check out go very smooth. He has so much energy early in the morning, it puts my mind at ease to know that my furr baby will be in good hands. When I call for an update Ronnie's energy is very positive through the phone. I highly recommend bringing your dog here. Great customer service! Your dog won't want to leave! Thank you Wag hotels for hiring awesome staff
