Amazing place to leave your pets. Leaving them in a new place is scary but the staff at Wag hotels made it as fear free as possible for my dog. General manager Helman went above and beyond for us. He is amazing. I highly recommend wag hotels if you need some where safe to leave your fur babies! Cannot recommended them enough! We'll definitely come back!

Wag hotels Hollywood is a great spot. The manager showed me around the place and you couldn't ask for a better facility for your dog's needs to be take care of: Grooming, indoor/outdoor play areas, one on one time for your pup ! It's all here. Andrew S. , the manager , and the other young lady upfront filled me in on what they can do for my dog , pricing, hours, boarding, training, everything. I don't ever write reviews and this is way overdue but I left my puppy potato there over thanksgiving! With my family out of town & nobody to take care of her I was really scared, even cried a little lol but the staff made me feel really comfortable, especially the general manager, he was really helpful & answered all of my questions! I received updates throughout the entire stay & check in & check out was easy. I was able to spy on my baby throughout the entire time, in her room & on the yard. This review is long overdue, but a few days ago I picked up my poopers Mars from wags hotel. Many of my friends us it so I though I'd give it a try. I booked the Ultra Suite for my dog for $150 a night and my dog loved it. (To be honest I did too lol). Amenities : the room comes with choice of Netflix, Pandora and a few other options. Personally my dog is accustomed to my family being around him so Netflix work perfectly for him. Took my wife's Maltese to Hollywood wag to board for extended thanksgiving trip. Returned to a dog almost reluctant to go. They did a great job. Especially with contact with the dog. They don't just warehouse the dog but interact with them. Will use again.

If there were more than 5 stars, I would select as many as possible. My daughter recently drove four days from New Orleans to Los Angeles to take refuge with family, having weathered hurricane Ida. Her dog Ponyboy came with her. He had to have a two night stay at Wag Hotel. He had some minor inflammation between his toes on one paw which seemed manageable with instructions left with staff. by 10:30 PM it had become very inflamed and Manny on the night staff called and said Ponyboy needed to go to a vet.
