Great staff, super convenient. I've been taking my dog here for over a year and they always take great care of her. Short or long stays they are attentive and caring of my little monster. While pricey, that's to be expected for the level of service, care, and amenities provided. The app is a good touch too as the staff posts photos of your pet daily during their stay. Might be my favorite of all the Wag hotels in CA and My dog has stayed at a few of them between NorCal and SoCal.

I was very nervous about boarding my dog for the first time. Wags made it a very easy process. Their place is very clean! The people there were very nice and created an environment that made me feel safe to leave my dog there. They also called to update me on her stay while I was out of town. I will definitely use them again.

I've been taking my dog Enzo here for a year now. He's always excited to go to All Day Play; as soon as he's out of the car, he's dragging me down the sidewalk. The staff are also great. Kenya, Manny and the others are always helpful and have positive attitudes. They answer any questions I may have and are great with follow up if they need to look into my question further. My dog has been going to daycare at Wags for 4 years now. He's been to other daycare centers, but would frequently come home with kennel cough. Not at Wags. I also love that I can look in on him throughout the day on the Webcam. The staff all know him by name and he gets really excited to go in the playroom. Their grooming services are also excellent.

Wag Hotels in Hollywood takes excellent care of our puppy. At his first daycare experience, they ensured he was comfortable, happy, fed, clean, and well-socialized in what could have been a scary experience for our young pup. They also exercised and mentally stimulated him in a way we can never do working from home. Most importantly, they are very communicative through their app, sending pics throughout the day and providing a live-cam of their playground. We strongly recommend Wag Hotels - Hollywood!

I bring my dog here twice a week. He loves it more than anything. He loves the staff. I love my dog so much and I'm grateful because Wag makes my dog so happy. Thank you, Wag!

I have been taking my dog Spike here for almost 2 years now, mainly for overnight boarding. The staff here is super friendly, detail-oriented, and all seem to want the best for my dog. They are flexible with my drop-off and pick-up times and keep me updated with the Wag Hotels app. I love how diligent they are with my dog's care, especially because my pup is a senior dog. I would highly recommend others to board their dog at the Hollywood location!
