There are times I think we love this place more than our dog, Levon, does. The staff is so kind and they adore Levon. He goes for day camp 2x a week and for overnights when we travel. The Wag Cam is hilarious to watch, with all the cutie pies playing all day. Sometimes our dog is napping but that's cute too. I love their activities and specialty camp weeks. Our dog wore beads for Mardi Gras for a picture. He didn't look thrilled but we were.

Would highly recommend this place for boarding even though my dogs would probably never go back. Why? Because their care and service was amazing, even after one of our dogs became an a**hole on day 2 of his stay there. It was the first time boarding our two rescue dogs so I researched a bunch of places before deciding on Wag. Our dogs passed the temperament test and was ok on the first day. Our pup loves coming here for all day play. The staff is great and always take good care of her when we have to leave her for an overnight stay. We also love that we can get her a bath here while in daycare so she comes home smelling great!
We brought our good boy Finn to Wag Hotels for his first boarding experience a couple weeks back and it was a great experience. We splurged for an Ultra Suite and were not disappointed. It was a giant room and Finn had a great staycation. Everyone at Wag is super kind and communicative. We were able to keep an eye on him while we were out of town via's the rooms camera, and the team at Wag even hopped on FaceTime with us and Finn when we had a concern. Planning on booking another stay soon!
Wags Hollywood has been a god-sent for our family! they take such amazing care of our Maxx. My wife and I travel a lot and we have a newborn so it's been a little hard balancing everything but WAGS always makes sure our Maxx is taken care of! Thanks to the team at Wags! Wag is the absolute best. Our Luca was found on the streets of Arkansas, starving and scared. We brought her to Wag the first time and she lasted about ten seconds in the playroom (I give credit to the staff for knowing dogs well enough to know it was too much for her and the group). We worked with a trainer on socialization and brought her back. The first day was a little scary for all of us, but she warmed right up and was able to stay in the group all day. We have been taking our two Poms there for a few years now and it's been amazing!! They take such good care of our babies and Damone always sends us lots of update pics! Highlight is being able to watch them on camera playing with their friends during all day play!

Wag Hotels in Hollywood is incredible. I'm from out of state and just moved to Los Angeles and can honestly say we have nothing quite like Wag Hotels. The staff was incredible friendly, very professional, and I just knew my dog would been taken care of really well here. They have cameras on an app so you can watch your dog in all day play and they'll even send you updates of your pet via picture with a cute saying attached kind of like your dog is actually talking to you! Haha really great place and HIGHLY recommend!
