I have a shy dog that is fearful of humans and sometimes other dogs. Ronnie could see her shyness and hesitation. He gave her "his personal touch." Pleasant surprise. Our poodle was cleaned and stayed for the day. The staff was so accommodating. Demone was very helpful. We even got a free trial day. We will definitely be returning. . Not 100% sure on the dog wash. Might try again with a cut also.
My Shiba Inu + I LOVE Wag!! Everyone there is so caring and kind! And omg Ronnie (my doggy's bff :) greets us during morning drop-off with the biggest smile and warmest heart. It brightens the whole day and makes me feel good about leaving her. She has one-on-one care that includes walks and three times a day of playing with the handlers, and if there are ever concerns they are immediately on it - contacting me, making things work well. Had an great experience boarding my cat! Have already boarded her twice at the Wag Hotels in Hollywood! The people are really nice and they truly care about your pet. Loved receiving the daily check in photos of my cat. Will definitely go back!
Awesome staff. My dog loves it here. They're very professional and friendly! They boarding prices are also reasonable.
UPDATE: Wags continues to amaze me with the care they provide to my senior blind dog. I can't recommend them enough. They all clearly love dogs (and cats) and bring a lot of love and joy to their work. I am 100% confident each time I leave my senior blind dog in their care.
My Dog's home away from home. She is so happy and loud there and does all day play a couple times a week. The staff are kind, friendly, helpful and love Aggie even though she does all the barking she's not allowed to do at home there. We recommend.
They took great care of my dog Pepper when we needed to leave her for a weeklong trip (our first in a very long time). Highly recommend!
