They always accommodate us and makes sure that Symba is well taken care of! Andrew, Natalie and Ron are the best. The entire staff is amazing! I always feel comfortable when i leave Symba here and know he is safe and happy. Symba Approved!

Wag Hotels Hollywood Team - thank you! Your thoughtful gesture of the welcome sign for newcomers, the friendly front team, and the patient handlers... go a long way! For us paw-rents who have to entrust our babies with others, it's never easy. But the team were thorough, sent photo updates of our little girl, and even gave a little report of how she did during her stay, all made us more at ease. Definitely recommend Wag Hotels, especially if you're traveling to go to Universal Studios! It's definitely very convenient!

Visited a month or so before a planned boarding for our pup. Cons: It's a little pricey, I guess, but not pricey enough to bring my rating down to a 4 star. Pros: We were given clear information about the services they provide and given a tour of the facilities. We booked a 10-day stay for our pup and were given 7 days of free daycare to get her used to the environment. My cockapoo Penny has some serious separation anxiety and I've been finding myself working longer shifts at work-- doggy daycare had to happen. I chose Wag because of the 24/7 option, and I had been blown away! They are so friendly, so organized, and I feel like Penny truly has a great (and safe) time while she's there. The only negative is that I find myself watching the playroom camera for much longer than I should!

It was so exciting to get an email from Ronnie letting me know that my dog, Hugo B. won "All Day Play Dog of the Week!" I love that his picture is displayed on the wall for everyone to see. Wag Hotels Hollywood is a special place. Everyone that works there is so kind, warm, friendly and personable! Ronnie, Oliver, Manny and Kenya have been especially helpful and welcoming! Quick shout out to Andrew and everyone at Wag ! We recently adopted our new little boy Jack who is 7 months old he's a rescue and after only a few stays, he is definitely getting accustomed to the facility. We noticed the change almost immediately after the 2nd stay cause he can't wait to go back into the play area once we drop him off. Both my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the level of support and care provided. Thanks to everyone Vince and Toby
-Wonderful in every way -My dog enjoys going and is exhausted at the end of the day. -Their facility is huge and very clean. -My dog boarded/ stayed in their upscale "hotel" room where I was able to view him at night. -If / when something out of the ordinary would happen, they called to inform me and gave me an update later on. -someone is there at all hours and they pick up the phone - Staff is lovely. Dogs are family and the wonderful staff at Wags (especially this Highland location) truly treat them as such. Andrew made us feel welcomed and was so considerate. Our dog has stayed here before and it is always a terrific experience thanks to the amazing staff and facility.
