Everything. They are much less expensive than I feared. My dog loves to go there, well except Monday mornings. When we are driving home she falls asleep in the car.

APPRECIATED OUR EXPERIENCE with our pup while we were away! First and foremost, they were SO RESPONSIVE! The 800 number was a go to for my questions and concerns. CARLTON was phenomenal! He sold us on the hotel, its amenities, its worth, and made us feel comfortable. We dropped our dog for daycare for a test run and the staff was great. We dropped her off at 3am for her week stay and it was seamless. We loved the 24 hour drop off/pick up so we could see our pup as soon as we got back. I can't express how much I adore Wag! Since moving to the area, I was a bit apprehensive about finding a new daycare for my pup, Banx, but the transition has been nothing short of amazing. From the very start, the staff at Wag showed incredible patience with her, especially during those tough drop-off moments when she really struggled. I'm very happy with wag hotels Hollywood boarding. The facility is large and spacious, dogs get a private room, and they spend good amount of playtime with other dogs twice a day. The staff, especially Oliver and Andrew are very professional and polite. They accommodated my dog's special food preparation and they send photos every day and keep you up to date. Overall this is a very safe boarding option and you can leave your dog with peace of mind.

My dog loves Wags I was nervous to bring him here because I saw some questionable reviews, however I quickly realized after doing my research that most dog boarding facilities tend to have a wide array of opinions because, of course, you cannot please everyone and especially so when it comes to people and their pets. My boy Barnaby has been going to Wag for about five years. He is a rescue, and fairly timid especially around other dogs. I like that they have the option for private spaces during daycare with occasional play time for him to socialize, which he needs. I've also had him do all-day play option a few times (which reminds me of being forced to go to camp by my parents as an extremely shy kid myself) Wag has been consistently great. My dog loves coming here. She has literally made doggy friends and always comes home happy and tired. The staff here are great Friendly and they care a lot about the animals they care for. Def recommend as they have multiple locations and packages for your fur baby.

First time I boarded my 12 year old cats. The staff is awesome, the care is superb. I recommend Wags Hotel in Hollywood CA.

Oliver was extremely helpful to me when I was boarding my puppy for the first time and soothed my nerves about leaving her. He is always a friendly face to see when I show up everyday for daycare and it's very clear that he cares for the pups as if they were his own!
