This is my 4th time at Wag. First time doing boarding and I couldn't be happier! Ronnie has always made my check in and check out go very smooth. He has so much energy early in the morning, it puts my mind at ease to know that my furr baby will be in good hands. When I call for an update Ronnie's energy is very positive through the phone. I highly recommend bringing your dog here. Great customer service! Your dog won't want to leave! Thank you Wag hotels for hiring awesome staff

If you have a pet/Best friend You love and you need a sitter, check out Wag Hotel on Highland. The people who work at this location, are true dog lovers. I have a shy dog that is fearful of humans and sometimes other dogs. Ronnie could see her shyness and hesitation. He gave her "his personal touch." Pleasant surprise. Our poodle was cleaned and stayed for the day. The staff was so accommodating. Demone was very helpful. We even got a free trial day. We will definitely be returning. . Not 100% sure on the dog wash. Might try again with a cut also.
My Shiba Inu + I LOVE Wag!! Everyone there is so caring and kind! And omg Ronnie (my doggy's bff :) greets us during morning drop-off with the biggest smile and warmest heart. It brightens the whole day and makes me feel good about leaving her. She has one-on-one care that includes walks and three times a day of playing with the handlers, and if there are ever concerns they are immediately on it - contacting me, making things work well. Had an great experience boarding my cat! Have already boarded her twice at the Wag Hotels in Hollywood! The people are really nice and they truly care about your pet. Loved receiving the daily check in photos of my cat. Will definitely go back!
Awesome staff. My dog loves it here. They're very professional and friendly! They boarding prices are also reasonable.
UPDATE: Wags continues to amaze me with the care they provide to my senior blind dog. I can't recommend them enough. They all clearly love dogs (and cats) and bring a lot of love and joy to their work. I am 100% confident each time I leave my senior blind dog in their care.
