Wags Hollywood has been a god-sent for our family! they take such amazing care of our Maxx. My wife and I travel a lot and we have a newborn so it's been a little hard balancing everything but WAGS always makes sure our Maxx is taken care of! Thanks to the team at Wags! Really can't say enough about how great they are!!!!!

Wag is the absolute best. Our Luca was found on the streets of Arkansas, starving and scared. We brought her to Wag the first time and she lasted about ten seconds in the playroom (I give credit to the staff for knowing dogs well enough to know it was too much for her and the group). We worked with a trainer on socialization and brought her back. The first day was a little scary for all of us, but she warmed right up and was able to stay in the group all day. We have been taking our two Poms there for a few years now and it's been amazing!! They take such good care of our babies and Damone always sends us lots of update pics! Highlight is being able to watch them on camera playing with their friends during all day play!

Wag Hotels in Hollywood is incredible. I'm from out of state and just moved to Los Angeles and can honestly say we have nothing quite like Wag Hotels. The staff was incredible friendly, very professional, and I just knew my dog would been taken care of really well here. They have cameras on an app so you can watch your dog in all day play and they'll even send you updates of your pet via picture with a cute saying attached kind of like your dog is actually talking to you! Haha really great place and HIGHLY recommend!

Amazing place to leave your pets. Leaving them in a new place is scary but the staff at Wag hotels made it as fear free as possible for my dog. General manager Helman went above and beyond for us. He is amazing. I highly recommend wag hotels if you need some where safe to leave your fur babies! Cannot recommended them enough! We'll definitely come back!

I am one of those paranoid puppy owners. When we had to go out of town for a few days I looked online for the best options and was nervous to see how many people have had horror stories with doggy hotels. Upon calling wag at the Hollywood location I felt like they were very knowledgeable and caring. Millie loved his stay there and came back looking happy and healthy! Wag hotels Hollywood is a great spot. The manager showed me around the place and you couldn't ask for a better facility for your dog's needs to be take care of: Grooming, indoor/outdoor play areas, one on one time for your pup ! It's all here. Andrew S. , the manager , and the other young lady upfront filled me in on what they can do for my dog , pricing, hours, boarding, training, everything.
