My dog Zuma loves loves loves going here. I tell him he's going to All Day Play and he runs to the door to leave he's so excited to get there and see his friends. The Wag Hotel team is A-plus. I'm blown away by the care they've provided Zuma. He's a rescue and I was worried about how he'd do, but the Wag Hotel Hollywood team has been amazing in helping Zuma get through his separation anxiety and have fun with the other dogs. I have two rescue dogs that mean the world to me. I normally take them everywhere, but unfortunately during work trips they have to stay behind. I have left them in the care of wag hotels and they have done an amazing job. The team really care about the pups and treat them as if they were their own dogs. Special shout out to Manny the manager for making my last experience, a great one.

I have had nothing but a great experience with my new pup Moose here at Wag Hotels in Hollywood. They really are the only place in the area that has such great service for larger dogs and the staff are so sweet and are always willing to help. I especially want to give a shout to the evening team, Andrew,Salvador,Dean, and Savannah. They know Moose by name and treat him with nothing but love. I would definitely make this the place for day care and boarding in Hollywood!!!!

I can't say enough about Wag Hotel, Hollywood. My dog has severe separation anxiety and every time I drop him off at Wag Hollywood he is so excited it makes my heart full. The staff are so friendly, kind, and really care about the animals. They are communicative, make sure my dog receives love and affection as I would give when I'm not there, and I always feel 100% confident that he is in the best of care.
