I love taking my puppy Fred to his happy place. Wag Hotel Hollywood. All the staff is very nice and my puppy just loves everyone. I definitely recommend this place. When I turn the corner before I get there he knows exactly where he is and he gets so excited. And, it's three other places in the neighborhood I stopped here first and never looked back I love this place for my puppy.. and for me it's like sending your kid to school you always want to make sure it's a good place.. Took my baby to Wag and they groomed her so well! She was able to play with her friends until I was able to come pick her up! Wag always takes good care of my baby!

Five stars isn't enough for Michael! Michael is truly a gem. He's incredibly attentive--not just to my dog Kevin, but to every pup that walks through the door. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and that kind of passion and care makes all the difference when you're trusting someone with your fur baby. As a dog parent, that peace of mind is everything. Protect this gem at all costs--he's one of a kind!

I've taken my dog here multiple times for a variety of different reasons, but mainly on nights that I bartend and don't have a sitter to come check on my baby. I generally work 7pm-4am and that's generally the only time frame that I leave her there. The wag hotel has always been more than accommodating to my weird schedule, all while still making sure I'm not paying anything extra for the limited services I request (just a room while I'm working, no play time or food since it's so late already by the time I bring her). I want to preface this review by saying that not a single soul asked me to write this -- I just felt deeply compelled to share our experience. The level of care and customer service we received at Wag Hotels was truly unmatched, and it's so important to me that the team gets the recognition they deserve. It was my first time boarding my dog with Wag Hollywood. The staff led by Regional Manager Ronnie were so caring, kind and all obviously dog lovers. Roxie was relaxed when I picked her up after an 8 night stay. She's happy to be home but I'm relieved I have a place for her to stay when she can't come away with me.

Can't thank this place enough and shout out to Andrew for being the most helpful, polite, friendly and all around best person for handing over my dog for the first time to be boarded. I got a phone call update, pictures, was able to check in on the webcam. Looney Tunes came home exhausted and happy and it's such a relief to now have a place to trust when I go out of town. Thank you!

I highly recommend the Hollywood location of Wag Hotels. My dog, Melody, stayed at this location for the first time last week and received excellent care by the team members and general manager. They followed all my instructions and provided sincere love and care for my fur baby. I received thoughtful consistent in-depth updates of her stay as well, which really put my mind at ease.
