My dog loves Wags I was nervous to bring him here because I saw some questionable reviews, however I quickly realized after doing my research that most dog boarding facilities tend to have a wide array of opinions because, of course, you cannot please everyone and especially so when it comes to people and their pets. My boy Barnaby has been going to Wag for about five years. He is a rescue, and fairly timid especially around other dogs. I like that they have the option for private spaces during daycare with occasional play time for him to socialize, which he needs. I've also had him do all-day play option a few times (which reminds me of being forced to go to camp by my parents as an extremely shy kid myself) Wag has been consistently great. My dog loves coming here. She has literally made doggy friends and always comes home happy and tired. The staff here are great Friendly and they care a lot about the animals they care for. Def recommend as they have multiple locations and packages for your fur baby.

First time I boarded my 12 year old cats. The staff is awesome, the care is superb. I recommend Wags Hotel in Hollywood CA.

Oliver was extremely helpful to me when I was boarding my puppy for the first time and soothed my nerves about leaving her. He is always a friendly face to see when I show up everyday for daycare and it's very clear that he cares for the pups as if they were his own!

We LOVE Wag Hollywood! Definitely one of the best decisions we could have made coming here for day camp and boarding. The all the staff are top tier. We love starting to our days when Oliver is at the front desk, he's kind, cares about me and the pup, and is always a great interaction or conversation to start our mornings. We love their theme camp days (including WagLympics!) and all the pictures we get of Bandit's adventures!

Where do I even start! I'm a new Dog Mom so when I knew I was leaving town for the week , I immediately worried about my dog LADY! I wanted her to stay somewhere she would feel safe and loved; and WAG Hotels Hollywood did just that! The moment I walked in, everyone was so sweet and the place was so clean! I have never boarded my babies but had to due to out of town wedding. I was able to check on them 24/7 with the WagCam and received pictures of them both days. When I picked them up, they seemed to have more energy. I guess it was being with the other pups. If needed, I'd use Wag again.

They always accommodate us and makes sure that Symba is well taken care of! Andrew, Natalie and Ron are the best. The entire staff is amazing! I always feel comfortable when i leave Symba here and know he is safe and happy. Symba Approved!
