I've been bringing my dog here for all day pls for about 6 months now, and I have had the BEST experience with wag. My dog is super anxious, so I was really nervous when looking for daycare places for her while I work. Although she was hesitant at first, she now loves going in and has gotten super comfortable with the staff here. They are always so friendly and helpful, and post daily pictures of each pup during daycare which is so cute. I've been taking my dog, Rex, to the Wag Hotel for a couple of years, and this place is unbeatable. The staff is terrific, and everyone I interact with takes a special interest in my dog and what he needs. They found the perfect play group for him. All the dogs get extras at the holidays. The daily pictures I get of my dog at Wag are another level of fun and peace of mind. I highly recommend Wag, and I couldn't see taking my precious Rex anywhere else.

Since at that time, my wife had just passed away. I did not want Carly to be left home alone while I was working. We've been taking our first dog to Wag for nearly 5 years and our newest addition for over a year. Our loyalty to wag comes down to a few key things 1. Customer service, no matter the hour (morning or night), the team is always extremely helpful and caring 2. Hours of operation - until we found wag, we searched for a daycare that could work around our odd schedules and being able to drop off early and pick up late is essential for our work 3. I Have to mention again how much I love this place, everyone now know my boys name by heart and everyone is so caring and loves him so much!!! They are all decorated for Halloween and are having a party for all the pups, so Sweet, we can't wait to go , they are doing cute stuff like this all the time. Hello all, I took my bully girl Lucy. She is one year old, and the staff was great, helpful and friendly, but not only that very supportive of my concerns. I will admit this was not my first choice to leave her at Wags. Let me explain, I'm a big chicken when having other dogs around Lucy, she is strong will and very stubborn. They treated our pups great and even sent pics...but, the add-on fees and confusing pricing on their app bring it down to 3 stars for me. Just be more up front with what the final price will be so people aren't taken off guard when picking up their pup.

My dog loves coming here! The staff are great, Savannah and Andrew provide great service and go the extra mile. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to make sure their pup gets the attention they deserve
