I wish I was able to give more stars! I have been extremely happy and satisfied with the care my dog Rocket has received while visiting WAGS grooming. Kelsey, our fur specialist/technician has been caring, gentle, friendly and welcoming to my fur baby every visit. I don't trust my dog with just anyone. This is the only place we trust these days to watch our little pup Poker Joe for boarding - we've had some mixed experiences with places in the city and Redwood City Wag has been an absolute revelation. The folks here are so kind, the facilities are well put together and our nervous little pup doesn't mind staying. Paul is absolutely amazing! I regularly schedule for my CEOs furbaby who needs special care and Paul is so amazing with my boss's pet. He is so proactive in ensuring each visit is wonderful and even when the dog was unable to be groomed (due to temperament) Paul allowed my CEO is use the camera feature and room to check in oh his pet instead. I am so extremely happy with the service I received today from Amber today!!! She completely went out of her way to make sure my pet had a place to stay after an error I overlooked. I am sincerely thankful for her helping me out! Having a large dog it is not easy to find a place for him to stay and I almost had no where to take him. Amber went above and beyond and I am so thankful for her!

Spa Service & Boarding My puppy looks cleans, groomed, smells good, and happy! Jeanette is the best There's no other better place to leave her when I am away. She is always happy when I drop off or pick her up from the hotel for boarding stays.

I just want to say Yes Yes Yes to Wag Hotels in Redwood City Ca, and a major yessssssssssssssssss to Jeannette. Jeannette rocks, she gave my Frenchie a really good wash and he smelled so much better and also gave me really good tips on how to treat and keep my Frenchie clean. My Dog Harness & dog collar was to tight and was rubbing on his skin to hard. I want to thank Wag Hotels Redwood City for taking great care of my dogs! The dogs were happy and I received cute daily pictures of them during their stay. The General Manager, Glen, is always there with a smile and his front desk team is friendly too! The groomers at the Redwood City location are also very good! Thank you Redwood City Wag Hotels!

We have a 15 year old Havanese named Button that we take to Wag Hotel Redwood City for bathing and grooming for the past few years. Jeanette and the folks in the bathing/grooming group at Wag are so gentle and do such a good job with her! She tends to get anxious but they always do a wonderful job calming her down.
